Two ways to stay
Stays of 3 to 6 months. Both packages include water and electricity up to the consumption limit, internet, the condominium fee and periodic cleaning. What changes is how often we come.
The flat, furnished and equipped, with bills included up to the limit and cleaning once a month. This is our minimum — the service is part of the stay.

Prices include VAT at the legal rate of 6%, applicable to local accommodation services. Included limit: 400 kWh of electricity and 12 m³ of water per month. Above that, consumption is billed at cost with the invoice attached. One month's deposit, returned at the end of the stay.
